The Benz Consulting Group, Inc Nashville office is looking welcome 10 Senior Sales Manager to join our team this week. As a full-time Senior Sales Manager, you will be helping clients access top notch, affordable, and accessible health care solutions that fit their unique needs and budget. Along with other high performing agents, you will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with our virtual selling platform. We are ideally looking for a candidate who processes leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The Sales Role
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time sales representative, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible position to succeed. We only ask you to learn our primary product lines, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation.
The Responsibilities
Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers
Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
Team building and mentorship
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Naturally relational and articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
Previous sales experience preferred
BA/BS preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Provides service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling life, health, and disability insurance.
Establishes productive working relationships with clients.
Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
Compiles lists of prospects.
Determines clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
Ascertains clients’ long-term goals.
Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
Communicates with adjusters.
Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs.
Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary, and analyzing policy loan applications.
Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Sales experience
- 2+ years of Customer Support experience
- Must be local to Nashville and surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, competitive, strong work ethic, desire to succeed, result driven, and coachable
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to work effectively and autonomously to achieve results in the professional office location
- Looking for immediate hire ** Bonus if you possess a degree in business
Willing to obtain the Health and Life Insurance License.
